Hi,

I always get an error "ERROR - failed to get alert details. error: Failed to get alert details. Response str: {"message":"No such Alert" but when I do a GET manually, the alert is present.

What can I do ? Thanks

Please check if you have it connected to the same vROps instance where the alerts are coming from. Please note, one Imset instance can receive alerts from multiple vROps instances, but can process alerts only from the one you have configured it with.

Important: Please check out vRealize Operations Manager 8.4.0 Release Notes (https://docs.vmware.com/en/vRealize-Operations-Manager/8.4/rn/vRealize-Operations-Manager-84.html). New version allows customizing alert payloads and covers most functionality of Imset.
