How is the 'used capacity' of a pool calculated?
I have 1 'special' pool, which is partially managed by horizon view, but some special user-accounts can logon to the machines in that pool via a RDP client, without a horizon client and without having a user-assignment to that machine in horizon view.
The pool has 25 machines. 20 have a session, 5 are available. But horizon reach is reporting used capacity of > 100%.
Alarm message: "Less than 5% of resources remain in the pool. Current Usage: 156%"
I think it is because most of the machines have status: "Unassigned User Connected", which is an error state. And horizon reach adds those error machines additional into the used capacity calculation.
I know it is an odd pool configuration. All our other pools are normal and horizon reach is reporting them good.
but it would be nice to not get this alarm notification. Maybe calculate the usage capacity in different way. Or able to exclude 1 pool from alarm configuration.
Hi there,
How could I connect to PostgreSQL with this tool?
