Hello!

I have horizon toolbox installed on connection servers and EventDB, vCenter servers and VDI machines in different VLANs (each component resides in own VLAN).

What ports horizon toolbox used for communication with EventDB (audit), vCenter, VDI machines (console access, remote assistance)?

I cannot find any information about connections between horizon toolbox and any other vmware components.

Hi, Roger! I have the same problem.
In my environment Horizon Toobox and VDI machine reside in diffrent VLAN (protecting by corporate firewall).
I don't understand should i open some ports (TCP/135, TCP/3389 UDP/3389 and some other high ports) for communicate RA from connection server.

Sorry for the inconvenient situations.
For remote assistance, as it has been a part of HelpDesk in Horizon 7, it's more recommended to use this on HelpDesk.
About console access, I'm not sure which browser you're using, but Chrome may meet a reconnection issue indeed. Firefox would be stable with this function, please try it.

Please try to restart tomcat service after submitting DB info.

Thanks for your feedback - I did that as well but still it is popping up for event DB Info.

Have the same problem, restart doesnt help. password contains special characters and stuff.

I have the same issue, it's like it's not accepting the eventsdb password, the input password dialog box doesn't go away, but you can move it to the side, though the data on the page is current, which tells me it's reading the eventDB info.

Did you ever find a work around for this?
