Hi, Dan,
Can you please send the following information to steng@vmware.com?
1, Your View version. You can get it by clicking "About" from View Administrator.
2, Try to login view auditing portal again, and then get the latest log file from C:Program FilesVMwareVMware ViewServerrokerlogs and C:Program FilesVMwareVMware ViewServerrokerwebappsiewauditing
Thanks for using our tool and I am sure that I can fix your problem.
Best regards.

Hi there
This tool looks great thanks! Bit of a problem though...
I've deployed the View auditing portal according to the instructions. All seems to be going well until login is attempted (using my usual Horizon View administrative account) at which point no progress is made, and the login screen reverts back to no username and password populated. I can successfully log in to the admin console and client portal with the same credentials.
Plenty of events cut to viewauditing.log
I'd really appreciate any help you can offer to get around this issue.
Many thanks
Dan

Hi there,

Firstly, thanks for this, it looks fantastic.

I've deployed the .war per instructions but when browsing to /viewaudit/ I have an empty domain field with nothing in the drop down.

I've tried to trick it with domain\user and user@domain.tld etc to no avail.

Any ideas? :)

Thanks!

Kim

Hi there,

Your advice in adding &domain= worked perfectly - Thanks!

I can log in fine to the connection server instance.

The only point I should make is that this connection server instance we're using it on is paired with a security server, whether that makes any difference.

I've sent you the logs you asked for.

Thanks again,

Kim
