Hi,

Very interresting tools and should be integrated in the View admin.
The device list is a great thing and should be improved with a location id
What is used to identify the client?
Could we rename the device ID to be more explicit? or create a new column with the name of the device?

I think that the "device list" that you mentioned means "Device Access Policy". Thanks for your suggestion. We will refine this part in the future version.

All is working well here. Even the remote assistance.

I have not installed the device access part so no devicefilter.exe installed on the VDI's. I don't want to whitelist anything. A Blacklist option would be nice.

But, has the above choice by not installing the devicefilter.exe resulted in my client audit report not working?

Client audit report depends on "customer experience improvement program". It is refreshed once an hour by default.
Please send email to steng@vmware.com if you can't solve the problem.

After that i wanted to uninstall and re-install but i received the following message
"Files was unexpected at this time".

Horizon Toolbox is an amazing tool. It helps IT admins and security teams to audit the user sessions. Horizon Remote part of Horizon Toolbox is an awesome tool which help admin to shadow the user session and help him to troubleshoot the issues much faster. Kudos to Shengbo for developing the great tool.
