While the tomcat service is running, when I tried to connect to https://[my_address]:18443/toolbox from the connection server via IE11 it returns a HTTP 500 Internal server error.
Trying to access the page on an admin PC browser returns a page that reads:
“Some error happens. This may be caused by session time out or invalid operation. You can click this button to log in again: Login again Some exception happened. You can check Horizon Toolbox log files, or post a message on https://flings.vmware.com/horizon-toolbox-2
Clicking on the “login again” button redirects to https://[my_address]:18443/toolbox/Logout, which load the same exact error page. This occurs on both Chrome and Firefox.
The log message created at that instance reads:

This appears to be an issue with Java libraries. We had an older version of Toolbox running (2.1.2, 2.1.3, or 7.4) however when we tried to login to Toolbox it gave a local connection error, but now I dont even get prompted for a login screen.

Hello, is there any way to customize this tool? for example I want to add Display name of users in AD as a column in "Users Actions Auditing" table.

I have entered the eventdb password at prompt, but can't find a way to restart the toolbox service. I did end up rebooting the connection server, but still prompted every time. Password take and I can see data but "Input PAsswords" box never goes away and prompts at next screen.

Hello, for rebooting Toolbox service, you can enter the toolbox installation directory, like "C:\Program Files\VMware\HorizonToolbox\HorizonToolbox7.8\bin", find and open tomcat8w.exe. Here is a restart button.

thank you for the restart instructions, but I have still have the input password prompt constantly.
