I would like to reiterate the desire for compatibility with View 5.2 / 5.3 as all of the customers I work with are on these version and will be for a while.

Hi, Jerry,
The logging file is "webapps\viewauditing\viewauditing.log".
I guess your vCenter server doesn't work or there is at least one pool which is not configured well. Can you please try the following steps:
1, Login your View administrator and verify your vCenter server configured well
2, Check your linked clone pools and full clone pools, if there is one pool that is not configured well(no snapshot or no parent VM), fix it.
Normally generating a snapshot report costs from 30 seconds to 2 minutes, depend on your number of snapshots.
Please send an email to me( steng@vmware.com) if you can't fix the problem after trying the above methods. Thanks for reporting this!

Sorry to tell you that this Fling will not support View 5.2 & 5.3, for technical limitations.
If View 5.x customers want auditing function, please suggest Horizon 6.0 to them :)
