We use Reach to monitor our Horizon 2111 and since upgrading to 2111 we get a lot of alarms regarding Problem machines (a ton more than before).
Seems like 2111 has more metrics on Machine states and Reach is interpreting this as a problem machine.
For example a machine in Maintenance or Already used state is flagged as a Problem machine. However this is due a lot of time to instant cloning creating/deleting a machine and obviously going through the different states.
Is there anything I can do with the current version of Reach to reduce this or just wait for the new release? By the way a great product.
I'm looking to extract lists of usernames that are accessing through the Unified Access Gateways over a two week period, just wondering if there is a way to access this data and extract from the APIs or otherwise?
Your time was spent well on this project and I find this invaluable for our environment.
Thanks!
