Noobie question here. I'm trying to setup a few custom groups on the Horizon portal and each time I do this I keep running into issues with allowing my Helpdesk guys get remote access to active sessions.

If I add them to the default administrators group it all works. I've set all access for manage machines but I'm not sure if I'm missing something.

Keep getting hit by "insufficient privilege to get remote assistant ticket". Or "failed to do helpdesk operation for session domain\\\\username(cn\\bunchofnumbersandstrings

This might have been asked, but when a user logins to the Fling and connects to Horizon admin console, the permissions that user has in Horizon is the same as that being presented in the Fling dashboard? Basically, is there a way to only allow the user to have access to the Fling dashboard and not Horizon admin console?

Hello. I have a question regarding the intended functionality of the CPU, RAM, and Disk Usage graphs that are viewable within user sessions -- should these graphs display data in real time, or is there an expected delay? For example, the last data points shown on these graphs for a given user display a timestamp that is approximately 12 minutes behind the current time. (Graphs: 2:39PM, Present time: 2:51PM). Thanks in advance for any information you can provide!

Will this fling work with standard licensing?
I see the requirement say Enterprise, but then the change log says no longer requires a helpdesk license, so I wasn't sure.

Anyway, I installed it and getting an error ( I believe it's the same as shah has mentioned below on June 14). Running 7.13
