Requirements
- Operating System: Windows 10 or above which have curl installation
- The exe works only for non-proxy-based DNS resolving
- The exe is specific to http-based DNS resolving (support for other protocols eg. telnet is not provided)
Instructions
Steps to follow prior to creating Edge Vm -
- Download the exe on Windows OS based VM in your edge gateway management subnet
- Double click on exe to install & run
- View the output files generated in C:\VmwareUrlCheckerOutput\
- For each UNREACHABLE status, view the error message and make necessary changes to unblock
- Rerun the script until each output entry for your target region is REACHABLE
(Please check the result of only the output file belonging to region where you are deploying edge)
